Our Story
In 2008, I left my corporate job to pursue a new venture in real estate investing, which led to the creation of TJS Ventures. I began by investing in long-term rental houses and flip houses, and soon realized the need for construction services. Fortunately, I had the background to provide general contractor services instead of outsourcing the work.
TJS Ventures really took off in 2017. Lots of friends and family were affected by Hurricane Harvey, so we went to work to get them back in their homes. We have grown substantially over the years, and all by word of mouth from our customers. We continue to treat our clients as friends and family while providing high-quality work that every homeowner deserves. As a company, we want to make sure our clients are always cared for and happy with our work.

Our Construction Process
Taking on a home project can be a big undertaking, and that's why our goal is to make your experience as painless as possible. Once you connect with TJS Ventures, the construction team will schedule a free, on-site visit to hear more about your home project. Soon after the site visit, the general contractor will return with a bid for your project, and then the work can begin!
Initial Home Visit
After an initial email and phone call, your general contractor will meet with you on-site to discuss the home project.
Bid Proposal
You will receive a project bid from your general contractor that outlines all expenses and fees, which you may choose to accept or decline.
Consisent Project
Management
From start to finish, your general contractor will manage all on-site subcontractors to ensure the project's development.
The Finishing
Touches
As the job comes to a close, your general contractor will guarantee that all of the work is high quality and that you are satisfied.
